Is setraline or loxapine a medication used to treat Schizophrenia?

My son who is 22 is on setraline and loxopine for his Schizophrenia.  These don't seem to stop his hallucinations are these the right meds?

I take sertraline for depression, but it is my understanding that depression often accompanies schizophrenia, which I also have. I am taking olanzapine (Zyprexa) for the sz and it works wonders. I don't like the side effects (weight gain and drowsiness) but for me, it gets rid of all the positive symptoms. Best wishes, Carolyn
