my son as told me he hears voices and they tell him to do all sorts of thing frm hitting myself to throwing things and really bad behavior he as also been suffering from really bad nightmers in which he says thing are in the room and trying to get him,i am really worred that he as this condition could you please let me know if you think he as any of the signs thank you emma

Hello emmamuse,
Please take your son seriously and consider finding a qualified child psychiatrist who is in the best position to determine whether or not your son has SZ.
Because if your son does have SZ, the earlier he gets treated, the better the outcome.
