Smile Since Senior George Bush signed into law the American's with Disabilities Act (1990). Frown But the Law was just a Lie.  There is a secret regulation: ELM-806 Section 152.3.

Such is used secretly by the postal service medical and management team against veterans and applicants and employees.   And if so, can they do such arbitrarily?

Because I was thought to be mentally ill but I was allowed to carry mail from house to house in contact with the public, but when I requested training and duties for window clerk in contact with the public, I was DENIED.  All kind of excuse was given until a Lower Ranking employee was provided the position instead of me.

Finally, the "U.S. EEOC" and the "U.S. MSPB" and the "U.S. District Court" and the "U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeal" would not reply to the regulation which was always attached too an complaints or appeals.   With such actions demonstrated by the administrative process and courts of review, the mentally ill has no help even with respect to the 1990 disability act.

Therefore, no matter what you claim you accomplish, there are many secret obstacles that affect the those with mental illness with respect too this USA sociality and STIGMA.

Absolutely, no one wants to address this secret mental medical regulation issue.

Please reply.  Thank you.

Hello Wendall Tyler,

I was trying to respond to the e-mail you sent me, but there has been a glitch with areas of the SchizophreniaConnection Web site that prevented me from sending e-mails or posting SharePosts.

I believe you did get my first e-mail response, though.

I will take a look at the regulation you posted here.  I was going to send you a second e-mail stating that you could cut-and-paste the regulation into the body of the e-mail.  However, I see you have already done this.

I will enlarge the print, and read it.

Thank you.  I will see what I can do.

Respectfully,

cb

Hello Wendall,

I am sorry to report that the text of the regulation doesn't enlarge when I enlarge the text of the Internet page your Ask question is on.

As an alternative, you could fax to me, if that is possible, the text and cover page to: (718) 238-1807.

After I research this matter, I will consider writing a SharePost about such violations.

Thank you.

Regards,

Chri
