Call the prescribing psychiatrist just to make sure. If you can't reach him or her, call the pharmacist that fills the prescription and ask. My pharmacist has been very helpful in such instances. Should that fail, read the prescribing information online and see what it says about a missed dose. Like Dave said in the previous answer, it is probably best to go on with the usual dose today and in the future.
