Dear Sir:
I find myself in a predicament that only someone who is well versed in the field of neural implants can help resolve.
While I was attending UC Davis, I began hearing voices. Struggling with this condition, I sought medical help and accepted my fate as one of those who suffered from mental illness. However, it should be noted I have no family history of mental illness; no reasonable or certain diagnosis; just medication to sedate and mollify.
What is disturbing is I began experiencing precognition. This was an absolute nightmare, because the things I heard were people telling me of crimes that were yet to be committed against me. In time frames as short as an hour, I've had property vandalized, cars and motorcycles stolen, etc.
From what I've read about advances in neurological implants, scientists are making great strides and developing medical devices that can only be described as futuristic. However, there happens to be a shortage of willing participants for these experiments, so they are having to resort to likes of animals and prisoners.
As I understand it, there are limitations to the current use of neural implants relating to their composition, and many times the body will reject the implants or suffer neurological damage in the area where theyt are placed. Getting to the crux of the letter, what inexpensive test or tests can be performed to detect such a foreign device in the body?
