How long the Resperdal injection should be taken? My friend is taking 25 mg fortnightly.

Dear Experts, Please give information on Resperdal Consta injections of 25 mg which is given to my friend after every fifteen days. She has been diagnosed Schizopherinia. How long she has to take this much dose? It may be lesser later or not? Does this medicine really work? Please...
