he is coming out in a week, he mentally and physically abused me we have a 5 year old boy together - i have a solicitor, and i am still scared after everyting and so i don't want him to know where i am but obviously my son will need contact with his father my solicitor suggested a mutual placae where it would be supervised at a cost of £35 he was offered this before he went into hospital but refused to pay it - i have recieved no money for maintenance either - is it wrong only wanting supervised visiting at least until he has been on his medication for a while? or am i over the top because of what he has put me through for 5 years? he is working but on sick the CSA seem to think he does not have to pay anything towards his son and even if he did it would only be £5 a week of which they just take off my income support so will make no difference anyway so he may as well not pay!?
