Hello Sasha,   I'm sorry, I've never heard of a drug called Sizodon Plus, are you spelling it correctly, or do you live outside of the U.S. where other drugs are prescribed that I may not be aware of?   From what you've told me of the situation with your father, he may indeed need to be on some kind of medication for the rest of his life.   If you want, verify the name of the drug and get back to me.  Was it prescribed for the depression?  The main thing is, your father needs relief from his illness, and if the Sizodon or another drug alleviates what's going on, you have to weigh the benefits of taking the drug versus going without.   Respectfully, Christina
