my mother-in -law, my sister in law has schizophernia. what are the chances of my two boys getting ?

what are the chances of two boys 4 year old and 7 year old getting schizophernia? my mother in law, her sister, her mother had . now my husband's sister has it. my children has some eating issues and immunity problems . other than that healty so far. please help
