my husband is paranoid schziphrenia / will role play cause harm to our relationship . he says he thinks about sex all the time... should i be worried

Some people just have active sex drives, and others have a low libido.
The only thing I would say is that he has to respect your needs and take into consideration how often you want sex, the kinds of sex you want to have, and what you are comfortable with in the bedroom.
Indeed, some people would have sex twice a day if they could, while others would have sex once a week or a couple of times a month.
Ideally, lovers would be compatible this way. If you are not, I suggest you compromise: do one thing for him each week, and have him do one thing you want each week. Any more than that, you could say it has to be mutual for the other times.
If this goes on and you're truly not comfortable with what he expects of you, speak up and maybe see a sex therapist or marriage counselor if it does get to that point.
