Is it safe and/or usual to use Risperdal with Welbutrin together for treatment?

What if this person uses meth while on their meds? or takes muscle relaxers or drinks alcohol (a few beers)? I believe they shouldn't be using anything besides their prescription. Their come down is full of bizarre psychotic behavior, memory loss, paranoia, agitated and...
