Q: NEED HELP PLEASE!! Can Zanex help with the symptoms of Paranoid Schizophrenia...especially audible hallucinations?

Anti-psychotic medication treats the symptoms of SZ, like auditory hallucinations and paranoia and delusions and visual hallucinations.
Xanax doesn't treat the positive symptoms of schizophrenia, it is an anti-anxiety medication that in lower doses is sometimes used as a sleep aid.
