Any center where I can admit my brother suffering from this disease since 15 years?

My parents are growing old and I am married in UAE. My brother s a pchizophrenia patient since 15 years. It is becoming difficult for my parents to take care of him.

Any center or rehabilitation center where we ca admit him, where he could be treated and he could also be involved in some rehabilitation activities?
