I might add that when the voice to skull harassment began I had no idea what was really happening, someone claiming to be both my neighbor and the police were shouting harassing remarks about seeing me through the walls and my clothes, and playing audio recordings of my thoughts back at me, making bezerk threats to crash any vehicle I enter by making noise at the driver or pilot, keeping me awake with accusatory dialogues and skits.      My family felt I was behaving erratically for two months with wierd  complaints about the neighbors, and brought me to a doctor. Typical of voice-to-skull targets, medication was useless. However after I found this soundtrack 3 months into the 24/7 harassment, I stopped needing the sleeping pill to sleep through the constant noise at night - it was drowned out fairly effectively even with a couple of radios set to different stations at once. I was told by a doctor to stop taking medication.   The difference between me and a schizophrenic are several: I have never had anything like a mental disturbance before. I am both too young and too old too suddenly become accutely mentally ill with the severity of this harassment simulates, and to have the effects of harassment suddenly reduced by mere sounds is unexpected. I remember to bathe, speak lucidly, am responsible with money, etc. Most importantly the harassment I experienced seemed to loosely adhere to oft-repeated scripts - and these scripts the harassers followed exactly match the scripts of other V2k targets that I've found online. Similarly the harassment seems to be consistently conducted by a team of one man and one woman who take turns (8 hour shifts) to make it 24/7, using a limited number of voice-over characters in an attempt to seem like more than two people. Sleep deprivation due to 24/7 harassment is another typical complaint of V2K targets.   Of course this was not my neighbor, and the only existing technology that could theoretically do this in the U.S. is the exclusive patent of the Department of Defense.   See website http://www.scribd.com/doc/31743865/Mind-Control-Patents-Index for a list of mind control patents that exist today. As far back as 1976 apparently there was already patented technology to mind read at a distance and speak to the targeted individual so that only they hear.   The harassers who bother me boast about their technology, and thus I've learned a little bit about mind control technology and been able to follow up with research on a few terms they've used.    Look up articles in reputable newspapers such as the New York Times, on psychological weapons and 'Voice of God' technology, for things similar to radios that can target one person without others around them hearing , and you will appreciate that such technology does exist and was used in the recent war in Iraq. Essentially such technology can simulate the symptoms of hallucinations in people who never have them.    So the technology really exists nowadays to 'beam' voices into someone's head. But of course anyone who says the military is beaming voices into their heads is still automatically deemed delusional, although several diverse technologies to do this have been around since the early '70s.    Scandals like MKUltra and Cointelpo are often cited as proofs that the Department of Defense has at times practiced nonconsensual human experimentation. The new use of new psychological weapons is difficult to monitor, difficult to prove. Some believe that the technology is being experimented with at the expense of a handful of individuals.   A schizophrenics mind looks different through a CAT scan than a normal person's. Noone did a CAT scan on me or anything to find a physical sign of mental defect, merely saying the words "electronic harassment" is enough to be deemed severely mentally ill, even from someone who never made weird claims about anything in their lives before. Perhaps this should change. Because  now the technologies exists that can follow individuals with noise, painful shocks, or simulated visual hallucinations wherever a cell phone or GPS tracking system can go. Medication doesn't shut off a real radio or t.v - or similar technology via voice to skull, although painkillers might help with any form of induced or perceived pain.   If anyone takes claims of voice-to-skull harassment seriously enough to do a study on how to tell the difference between someone suffering from simulated hallucinations vs. real ones, it could help usher the psychiatric world into the modern era. Because mind control is a rapidly advancing field and such technology is in use in warfare today. Several countries: the U.S., Russia, Canada, Australia, India and England all have a number of technologies that can loosely be termed voice-to-skull, and other nations have openly expressed interest in developing such technologies.    Did this voice to skull experience change my life? Yeah. I never worried about a psychological weapons arms race before. I thought such things were the domain of Star Trek and believed the science fiction time-line that says even in the imaginary world, mind reading machines or radios that only one person hears could only happen in the far off future. Now I read about developing mind control technologies with intense concern. I hope the psychiatric world will too.
