Hello Orthoqueen12,   Sorry I didn't respond sooner as I was away on travel and doing an interview today.  My suggestion is that if you don't think the doctor's summary will be enough, ask your lawyer to subpoena the doctor to appear in court.  Your son's doctor won't like that, so possibly it should be used as a last resort if the results at first don't turn out the way you'd like.   I understand how you feel about your son's doctor writing a summary.  If it were me, I would feel like he wasn't doing the best he could do to make the case for you.   Hopefully this can be resolved without an extended court battle.   Regards, Christina
