Q: I OD on 80 tabs of Seroquel & have now tested positive for meth 2 weeks in a row, tho I didnt use since I OD. Could this be causing my liver/kidneys to function slower & causing the positive results?

I supect that if you used meth prior to the OD, like four or five weeks ago, it might still show up in your system.  I know that Geodon doesn't test positive for a street drug and that's the SZ medication I take, so I'm not sure Seroquel would test positive for a street drug either.

I will talk to my pharmacist tomorrow about this and get back to you.

I had no Internet service recently so couldn't follow-up with you until now.

sorry, you're busted.  I checked with the pharmacist who confirmed Seroquel does not test postive for any street drug like meth or any other.

however: anyone taking a routine dose of Seroquel needs to get his liver and kidneys checked as a matter of course because Seroquel can affect them.

so that taking 80 tablets of Seroquel might have definitely shut down your liver and kidneys.
