I have a son who has schizoprenia I am benificary of his SSI where would I go to get legal gaurdian

ship over him. I thought that that I was his legal guardian by being his mother.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I know where you can probably get an answer - Call the national toll free number for The US Social Security Office or their local office. Alternitively, call your state's department of mental health services.
