My brother has been on his meds for 7 years. He threatened my parents he'll move away.

My brother is on his meds for years now and yesterday he threatened my parents he'll move away to another country if they dont let him stop taking his meds by december. He told my parents that only 2% take the meds and its bad and that my parents arent helping him. What do we do?
