I want to find the best supplements for sz.  Here is a list I compiled...

zinc up to 50 mg a day
folic acid 15 mg
B6 up to 500 mg
B12
B3 megadose
Alpha Lipoic acid
Vit E
Vit C megadose
fish oil
Glycine

If anyone could tell me appropriate doses and other supplements I have not listed that would be great!

Thanks,

Devon

This is interesting. It would be good to know what the best suppliments for sz are. I don't know but I focus on general health from fish oils, cod liver oil, fruits, berries, various leaves and such, various herbs and palm hearts, roots and nuts. It has made an overall difference in my health and the way that I feel. I don't really know if it has anything to do with sz though. It is possible that something could help.
