Q: not sure whats wrong just know im not right i keep getting sadder dont know what to do cant stop crying for no reason im just tired

kinda feel like i dont want to wake up anymore the people i work with think im crazy cause i think there always talking about me when im home i sit in the dark i stay quiet so knowone knows im home i want to be alone but when im alone i want to be with someone when someone is there i wish they would leave

Hi biglim,

 

You can live a good life. You are not alone in what you're going through. A lot of people have felt like you do.

 

I suggest for you as I always do for others with similar questions that you see a professional in person right now to get to the root of what's going on and why it's going on.  This could be a therapist.  You can find a therapist on the GoodTherapy Web site.

 

You are going through a lot and before your feelings and behaviors become so disabling that you can't function, please talk to someone right now about what's going on, like someone you trust like a parent or if you have a friend you could trust.

 

Also: talk to a professional to put your mind at ease.

 

I know it can't be easy living with what's going on.  Obviously it bothers you or you wouldn't have written in.  So that tells me you want to change this.  And the first step will be contacting a professional.

bigjim-Hi-

Sounds as if you are having a hard time- you sound very depressed. I can relate to how you feel now- sometimes when I am alone wanting someone here and when people are around, I just want them to go away.

Do you have a therapist you can talk to when you feel so sad? That could help- therapists are trained to help people with the kind of problems you describe.  Are you on medication? I take Prolixin and Abilify. I know other people on these two medications that say that they have made a big and positive difference in their lives. When I get paranoid and angry- my main symptoms- I do artwork expressing how I feel or I do some kind of exercise which helps me A LOT! Just a few suggestions of things that may help you feel better.
