How to prevent attack of paranoid schizrophrenia,how can be controlled ,when taking regular medicin
How can ilead a normal life without having episodes .after one episode of attack what is the duration or chances of next attack??

Your best chance at having a normal life without having episodes is to take the schizophrenia medication as prescribed, every day, for the long-term. If you discontinue meds, the statistics are that 80 percent of the people who stop taking their meds relapse and get sick again within one year. This happened to me within three months when I stopped taking my meds. People also are known to relapse after one or two years being off their medication, so really, it's not a good idea to stop taking your meds. I know someone who went without medication for two years and had a much worse time of it because she got sick again, and was never the same after her relapse.
Your best bet is to find a therapist or support group, make plans to go to school or to work, or to otherwise develop a routine to occupy your time during the day. The way to have a normal life is to get outside the house and do things. Staying on your medication will enable you to have a full, productive life.
