Hi Jennifer,   Put your mind at ease by getting to a psychiatrist immediately.   Be honest with him or her about what's going on.   Your symptoms could indicate any number of causes, like bipolar as well as schizophrenia, so a competent professional will be able to guide your treatment.  If you have trouble finding a person to treat you, write back and I'll give you ideas.   Best, Chri
