Hello Teresa,

Please call the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) national hot line at (800) 950-6264 to obtain the information about your local NAMI affiliate in Oregon.

NAMI offers a 12-week "Family-to-Family" education course for family members whose loved ones have a mental illness.

I urge you to attend this course, as well as your local affiliate's family support meetings.

Best,

Chri
