I interpret your question to mean what support groups are available in my area? If this is the case I guess the first thing to point out is that it depends where you live and secondly, what type of support you have in mind.
Organized support may be run by local clinics or hospitals on an out-patient basis. These aren't the only people. Sometimes local charities, churches, volunteer groups set up a variety of support groups. These may be mixed (i.e. people with different backgrounds and diagnoses) and sometimes specialized (alcoholism, depression, schizophrenia).
The first step is to find a support group and the second is to see whether it works for you. Some are more casual than others. Check local libraries, local newspapers, noticeboards, mental health centers for more information on what's available.
