Hello SupportE,

 

If you live in the U.S., call NAMI at (800) 950-NAMI (6264) to get the name of the local affiliate in your city or town, where they will often have a NAMI Connection peer support group.  If your local affiliate doesn't, offer to be trained to lead a NAMI Connection peer support group yourself.  NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
