Q: Hi, does http://sites.google.com/site/schizophreniahypoxia/Home describe minimal brain damage

I have schizophrenia and it seems that the legitimacy of the diagnosis is called into question among even some researchers, let alone the public.  This article refers to deficits - poor socialization, poor coordination and slower righting reflex as statistically descriptive of schizophrenia.

The site is http://sites.google.com/site/schizophreniahypoxia/Home.

I know that it applies in my case, as during a later c-section my mother had her stomach pumped, and the nurse said she had never seen so much mucus.  This is a sign of hypoxia.

Do any of your experts think this direction has any promise?

I'm familiar with a lot of theories, but I haven't heard that one.  But probably any injury to the brain at birth, such as lack of oxygen, would make problems more likely.
