Hi jenny66,

I highly doubt Medicaid would pay for cosmetic surgery.

It might pay for lap band surgery or other reduction surgery if you were morbidly obese.

medicaid pays for liposuction if your doctor feels that being overweight can/will be harmful to your life. like resulting in your death, most doctors wont do it tho, but medicaid will pay for. A medicaid rep told me that.
