I am 45 years old, male, I am on Risperdal for five years (2 mg ) daily. I have a week orgasm and I feel as if I have no ejaculation. Is there any treatment to my case ?

I have no ejaculation and it upsets me because ejaculating was a big part of my sexual pleasure. Is there anything to bring back my ejaculating??

I've been on risperdal 25mg consta shots plus lithium er pills 450 mg each, in my experience skipping a dose of lithium instantly brought back orgasms and ALOT of tissue papers have gone missing in the mean time. In other words you will ejaculate and your body will definitely release all the excess it's been unable to expell in the years. This goes for lithium users, I can't say for just risperdal alone but I know I didn't have much problems with abilify so it's def. Worth looking into.
