what do you mean by auditory hallucinations ?is that your inner voice or you actually hear things other dont. if your inner voice is sayng things to you that are intrusive is that schitzo?

I hear "voices" and music in my mind. As soon as I open my eyes in the morning the music starts. It usually is a lyric that plays over and over for about an hour. The voices talk as soon as the music goes away. Most of the voices I hear I can recognize. There are "dark voices" that pop in. Alot of times it's like a crowd of people all talking at once. I've likened it to a circus. I push out any voice that isn't my inner voice. I do not know how to diagnose SZ. Sz affects everyone differently. I hope you can find answers. Don't delay treatment. It's best to seek help from a professional.

By "auditory hallucinations" I meant hearing voices. And this phenomenon is different for each person. In my case, it was the Devil's voice I heard as if it were being projected toward me. Like another person having a conversation with me. And at other times, these voices were like growling and snapping voices of wolves telling me not to go to therapy. Sometimes the voices come from "outside" and sometimes they seem to come from "inside."
Certainly intrusive voices could be schizophrenia. That is one of the most common symptoms of schizophrenia. I think of "inner voice" as more of a guiding conscience and hallucinations as having their own agenda.
