Yes..why not?

Here's a story about a man driving down the road, when all of a sudden one of his tires fall off. He pulls over in front of a Psychiatric Hospital. He looks at his car and sees that the 4 lug nuts holding the tire on had fallen off.  He stood there scratching his head, wondering what to do. A patient was looking through the gate and tells the guy take one lug nut from each tire, that way each tire will have three lug nuts. The man says "wow how did you figure that out?" The patient says "I'm crazy, not stupid."

Never underestimate a person's abiilty. There are alot of people with SZ that function in everyday life.

I say go for it. You may be surpried.

Hi anika,

The answer is, certainly.

I obtained a Masters in library and information science and got a better job AFTER being diagnosed with SZ.

He deserves to try to go back to his job as a teacher, and if it doesn't work out, there are plenty of other jobs out that he may like and be suited to.

Regards,

Christina
