What I have to say can in no way substitute for what your doctor has to say, but I too am taking 20mg of Zyprexa, plus 300mg of Wellbutrin and 150mg of Zoloft and 150mg of Trazodone, plus a number of other meds for physical ailments.  I have been on most of the newer antidepressants and antipsychotics, and I have had side effects with all.  Everything from difficulty urinating, to nightmares, to horrific weight gain, to restless legs, to hypothyroidism, to agitation, and the list goes on.  One even paralyzed my facial muscles.  By the time I answer this, I guess you would already have seen your doctor.  Sometimes it takes work to convince a psychiatrist that you are indeed having side effects, or that is what usually happens to me.  And sometime you will be the one who decides whether the side-effect-to-symptom-relief ratio is worth taking the med.  But it should always be with the permission of your pdoc.   Be up front with her and make sure she listens.   Carolyn
