Treatment for the majority of people diagnosed with schizophrenia involves taking the medication as prescribed every day for the rest of your life and some kind of therapy.
Recovery is possible and so is remission.
People with SZ can go on to hold jobs, get married and do great things just like people who do not have this illness.
