Hello moten34,   The symptoms and behaviors you describe do not seem to me to be caused by the drugs you mentioned although your doctor will be the best person to rule this out or confirm it.   Because your worries trouble you that is an indication that you need to get them under control.  The medications should help with that so do continue to take them every day as prescribed.  If you feel they are not working, you need to be open and honest with your doctor and work with him to try other medications until you do find the drug or combination of drugs that work.   Only a qualified psychiatrist can diagnose what is going on in your life, so I cannot tell you what your diagnosis might be.  Seek out a consultation with a professional if you haven't already done that.  Cognitive therapy might also be helpful for you to get a handle on what's going on in your mind.   Regards, Christina
