How can friends/family of someone who is Schizophrenic, and is not aware of it, get help for them?

I have a friend who I fear may be suffering from Schizophrenia. She recently broke up with a boyfriend and now she feels that everyone in her life is out to get her and that everyone is "in on it". About 10 years ago her sister commited suicide and she was the one that found her. She never had any...
