Hi Valash: I'm not an M.D., so I can't answer you question. You need to talk to your psychiatrist. I take three different medications for schizophrenia plus cogentin to deal with the side effects of the other three. With all the other medications I take for other conditions it sometimes becomes a real juggling act to keep me on an even keel. Best wishes, Robin
