Hello Valash, Yoga could help, and also it could help for peace of mind. When I was on the Stelazine, I took Artane [a drug like Cogentin] to counter the side effects of the Stelazine. My question is, does the Cogentin work to relieve the stiffness? If so, you may want to continue taking it even though you don't like taking more medication than you have to. In the meantime, tomorrow before work I will ask my pharmacist if he knows of anything that could relieve the stiffness, maybe a non-drug solution. Regards, cb
