I want to have more children but am presently taking 3 different medications ,risperadon,celexa & se

can you tell me what medications are safe to take while I'm pregnant ? its been only 4 months that I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and I am currently taking Risperadon, Seroquel & celexa . I will be getting married next summer and we want children . What do you all...
