I have been prescribed abilify 20mg . I am scared of new drugs and how they make me feel.

I have always been scared of any drug and side effects. I have been prescribed 20mg of abilify and 600mg of serequel at night. I am too scared to take them in case they either give me awful side effects or make my panic attacks worse. DR and social worker have told me they will make me take them in...
