Hi.  I have the same problem.  It is quite scary at times.  In fact, I awoke a few days ago to see a hole in my bathroom door.  I do not recall doing it, but since I live alone, I must have.  I see and hear things very often.  I am not sure what is wrong with me exactly.  I have been taking antipsychotic medication, but it does not seem to be helping that much.  I do not know about you, but I see the same hallucinations all the time...that of a young girl...and I hear voices in my head quite frequently.  They usually tell me to hurt myself or that I am worthless or something like that...I try to drink to get rid of them...but it only helps partially.
