The book "The Forgetting" contains the statement that 25% of AD patients also have Parkinsons. Lewy bodies are protein deposits with a distinct morphology and are concentrated in two sectors of the brain; is that correct? AND what sectors, controlling what functions, are affected?? Lewy Body dementia also strikes at an earlier age; in my father's case ~45 years old. Both Lewy Body dementia and AD cause "change of gait"; my father (ADII)recovered the ability to walk so I am very interested. There were many other reversals; most notably memory restoration and reversal of dementia. The ADII was documented via autopsy.
