irritability = not enough meds?

I take 10mg of Zyprexa, 300mg Wellbutrin SR, 150mg of Zoloft and over the past couple of weeks have been getting more angry and irritable each day. Is it because I am not getting enough medication or just because of the seasonal stresses? I am actually supposed to be taking 20mg of Zyprexa,...
