I am 62 I am taking meds for schizophrenia and I still believe that someone in past will come back to me..after 44 years....how would you describe this as to what

Are you meaning that you want to get back together with him after all this time, or that, after all this time, you still believe he is out to get you or hurt you?
It may be hard for you to give up this idea or ideal; however, it could be one of your residual symptoms that you have to deal with.
