Q: Where can I find a book with explainations for children about psychizophrenia?

I am a CNA and my client has MR and her significant other has psychizophrenia.  She want to learn more about it so she can know how to deal with him better.  She needs easy lay terms, as one would give to a child of around 9 or 10.

Hello M the CNA,

Barnes and Noble, on their web site, sells a book by Richard Carlson, "Schizophrenia: Stories for Children" that is written for the age level you describe.

Regards,

Christina
