My first psychotic was when I was smoking pot. One minute I was fine, the very next I was hearing voices. I believe that my "illness" was the triggered by drugs. I have always has schizophrenia. I would like to echo Chris's words, if he gets abusive you need to make a decision. No woman needs to be abused. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Don't blame yourself. If it doesn't work, do yourself a favor and move on. I wish the best for you. Dave
