Fighting
They're fighting again, always fighting. I'm not sure why. I'll stay in my room it's safe in there. Nothing can happen in there. It should stop soon they are going out, the house will be quite again.

Still schizoaffective after all these years
I developed full blown psychosis and paranoia many years ago when I was in my thirties living in the US Virgin Islands, although I had symtoms of psychosis long before that.
