doing better

Wellness

I've been participating in a Wellness Program at the Hospital. It's an excellent program. We've had many different guests; A dietitian, a pharmacist, a physiotherapist and an exercise therapist.   Two nurses run the Wellness Program. They're very encouraging and upbeat.
