Is it just me, or is the Medical profession just stumbling in the dark?

Question about glutahione.

The father of one of my co-workers has Type 2 DM and swears that using glutahione supplements, specifically MaxGXL, allows him to maintain his blood sugar without meds.   Does anyone in this forum have experience with that product or similar?
