Hallucinations a rare side effect of ADHD meds

A review of 49 clinical trials has found that some children do experience a hallucination while on ADHD drugs, but experts say the side effect is rare. Researchers reporting in the journal Pediatrics found that between one and two children in every 100 kids taking an ADHD medication experience a hallucinatory episode during the course of one year.
