Zyprexa (also known as olanzapine) is one of the newer antipsychotic drugs. Although it is called an antipsychotic, Zyprexa is often used in other psychiatric illnesses such as bipolar disorders and in some forms of depression. The newer drugs such as Zyprexa have a lower likelihood of causing side effects, including the Parkinson's disease's-like symptoms seen with the older drugs like Haldol and Thorazine. I am not aware of reports of fertility and sexual side effects caused by Zyprexa.
