    3. Most accusations are false. Actually, the majority of rapes are never reported to the authorities, and false accusations are no higher for rape than other crimes. 

     I don't doubt the first part of this statement but the last half is extremely hard to believe.  I sure would like to see some proof of this statement "false accusations are no higher for rape than other crimes".  Is this a percentage of reported cases or on total cases?
